In the past I’ve seen many cow boys, so it was refreshing to have such professionals do any work for you. The windows were so well made they look like upvc. I just wanted to drop a line regarding the new double glazed windows which have literally just been installed this week by the team from Ward Glass and finished today. Perhaps I should wait a week or two incase they fall out (ha ha ha) but I really just wanted to say a huge thank you to the boys from Ward Glass for their hard work in making the whole experience as pain free and undisruptive as possible. They turned up every day on time and were extremely professional, courteous and helpful all week. They stuck to the installation date without change and completed the job within estimated time. having been in this property since 1969 my mum has seen some very money wasting, unreliable tradesman turn up with no idea of what they were supposed to be doing., so it’s really refreshing to see the council are enlisting such professional company such as Ward Glass & I hope they continue to use them for as much work as possible.
